Repairing salvaged Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) top worth it?

We're getting ready to build a house and (http://maplered.com) I've been pricing all sorts of stuff. DH found a broken Granite (http://tanbrown.org) Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) top with sink & faucets and (http://maplered.com) picked it up after it had been sitting next to a dumpster for weeks.

This is a 48" wide stand (http://maplered.com) ard depth (22"?) 3cm thick Granite (http://tanbrown.org) coutertop - about what I was thinking about getting for our extra bathroom that will not be used much.

Is it worth trying to get someone to repair it? Or will a fabricator touch this thing? I WILL have other jobs for a fabricator, but they also will involve salvaged (though not free) Stone (http://g603.net) .

If I can talk a fabricator into attempting a repair, how much might I expect to be fair?

Thanks!
Anne
